Home Staging - Exterior & Interior
As a Realtor, I know that Curb Appeal, Cleaning, De-Cluttering, and Staging sell homes more quickly - and for a premium over asking price - with an estimated ROI of 5-15%. I also know that Magnificent Women often take on the brunt of the Cleaning, De-cluttering, and Staging work, and Curb Appeal often gets shifted to last on the list, even though Nature does most of the heavy lifting!
We start with Nature.
Many professional stagers work hard to get the Interior ready for photos and showings, but Environmental Soulutions also tackles the all-important FIRST IMPRESSION - Curb Appeal - as well as making the inside shine. Buyers will visualize themselves in their new Oasis, already calling it Home before walking through the front door.
If "getting the house ready to sell" is NOT your preferred second, third, or fourth job, reach out to a seasoned Woman Business Owner who understands. I rely on data-driven analytics for your neighborhood market stats, 20+ years experience with Nature-inspired design, and a Realtor's eye for marketing and selling a home.
Take the guesswork out of the equation, and leave the "Ugh, I have to get the home ready to sell!" to us. We have the imagination, passion, and know-how. Reach out!

Exterior - Water Features, Happy Yards & Low-Maintenance Gardens
Water Features are a beautiful way to make an entryway, back yard, or side walkway feel like an upscale oasis. Custom, self-circulating water features enhance exterior design, especially limited greenspace or hardscape-heavy exteriors. Low-maintenance gardens and landscaped entries sell homes. Color, fragrance and natural sounds invite buyers to come inside and see! First, just clean and tidy. Trim branches, prune shrubs away from entries and windows. Rake and mulch. Set the tone for beauty and welcome!

Exterior - Light Features & Green Spaces That Invite Connection and Feel Expansive
Lighting the home's Entryway and front facade, especially one dominated by a garage, can make an enormous impact on the home's exterior. This custom lit water feature makes a drab exterior feel modern, in sync with Nature, and welcoming. When buyers drive up to a home, they want to feel a sense of calm and refreshment, not a ton of work on the "Honey Do" list. Make it clear that this is a place for hospitality and rest. If you don't have a wrap-around porch for seating, create a focal point that draws buyers to the front door. A tasteful pop of color says, "Hello!"

Before We Take the Photos
Take a look at this kitchen. It's not in bad shape, right? Notice where your eye goes. Now, look at the "After" photo... Which one would you like better as a buyer? De-cluttering and cleaning are the first step. We can do as little or as much of the process as you want, and the result will reflect our sensible and stylish approach. Many clients remark that they wished they had done this before they sold!

After Cleaning & De-Cluttering
A small kitchen now seems larger, and the eye goes directly to spacious counter-tops, clean appliances, massive cabinets, and lots of light! You can do some of this yourself, or we can help with parts or all of the process. We do our best to highlight the home's architectural features and design style, and we will use your existing interior furnishings wherever possible to save money and time.

Interior - Before
You've heard of "nose-blind?" It's when you get used to odors that may seem just right to you, but not pleasant to many others. How about "clutter-blind?" We accumulate so much stuff in our lives that we don't even realize how much we have. Pretty soon, there's nowhere to walk, sit, or sometimes stand. This is an interior that feels visually congested. It shrinks the space. Buyers LOVE space. Make sure they can visualize the home as their own oasis!

Interior - After
Behold! We have a new OPEN space, using the client's existing furniture in a new configuration, one that emphasizes the room's high ceilings and lighting. In your space, you might consider neutral paint, alternate furniture or window treatments, or some design-specific art for decor. We will work with your budget, and the home will truly shine. It will look like a spacious, beautiful place to call home!

Exterior - Before - When Disaster Struck
This back yard was destroyed by a derecho, a land hurricane with 145 mph winds that decimated everything in its path. One lone Prairiefire crab apple tree (left center) remained. She was badly damaged, but because of the love and resilience she embodied, we planned the new yard around her roots. She became the anchor of the newly designed yard!

Exterior - After - With Imagination & Joy
The Prairiefire crab apple tree (top right) remained home to a whole ecosystem of birds, insects, underground mycelial networks, squirrels, rabbits, and chipmunks. The yard came back to life with discreet gardens (protected from rabbit incursion while they established), a new floating deck, scalloped wood fencing, and a self-circulating pond.

A New Serene Space
The exterior of this home felt peaceful and welcoming, a gentle place of hospitality and respite for humans and creature-kin alike. The home sold in less than one day on the market, and the new happy owners reflected that what sold them was the Nature-vibe that flowed from exterior to interior.

Sunset on the Floating Deck
Never underestimate the power of Nature to draw potential buyers into a space. Nature provides the original love-language for feeling truly and happily content at home. If we emphasize the natural features already available, and nurture new life besides, everything grows. Everyone's happy.

Exterior - Repurposed Fire Pit
What works for one family may not work for another. Fire pits are awesome unless someone has asthma or is allergic to wood smoke. This fire pit became the yard's focal point for everyday joy when it was repurposed as a self-circulating water feature. Perennial potted plants and trees mean low- to no-maintenance, and all the wildlife - pollinators especially - love the habitat!

Exterior - Delight at Night
Wow! Here's the same water feature at night. Feel how the ambiance elevates the entire space, making it this family's favorite outdoor hangout, all times of the day and night. We've not only called attention to a backyard feature that was not being enjoyed, we've also expanded the living space so that it flows seamlessly from the downstairs walk-out. Instant ROI!
